Main Level Foundation and Stem Wall Construction

After the basement foundation, floor and walls were completed, the main level foundation and stem wall construction was started.

Page 1 shows the excavation required for the main level foundation. The area that will be covered by the main floor and garage was excavated 4 to 7 feet deep below ground level. This excavation work was required to get the foundation below the freeze line. The area was surveyed, level and compacted
